FAQ
Can I cancel at any time?
Absolutely! Just go to the 'Billing' section in the admin panel and cancel your subscription at any time. You will be able to use the revci services until the expiration of your current billing period.
Can I upgrade the plan?
Yes! You can always upgrade your plan to use more revci features and to further enhance your customer experience. Go to 'Change Package' in the 'Billing' section.
Can I downgrade the plan?
Yes. You can downgrade your plan at any time. Just go to 'Change Package' in the 'Billing' section. Your more advanced package will be available until the end of the billing period. Be aware that you will lose access to advanced revci features.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal and Wire Transfer for enterprise customers.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely! All payments are processed through Stripe. We use government strength 256-bit AES encryption to protect your payment details. No one, including Revci, has access to your sensitive information.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly payments?
The yearly option has a 20% discount. When you pay yearly, your total bill is reduced - the perfect option for long term customers. There is no difference in functionality between monthly and yearly plan
Are there any hidden fees?
No! We will never charge you for anything outside your plan fees.
What if I delay my payment?
We give you a three-day window within which the payment must be completed. During these three days, your services will continue as usual. After the three days, we will disconnect all the features until payment is made.
How long is the contract term?
We have two options for you: monthly payment and yearly payment. Yearly payment comes with a 20% discount.
Do you offer any individual plans?
Yes. If you represent an enterprise business with 20+ locations, then we will discuss individual terms with you.
