First of all, we're truly sorry Revci didn't meet your demands. Please, leave your feedback about your experience with us. This will help us to become better.
Here's how you can cancel your Revci subscription:
1. Make sure you're logged in to your Revci account. Go to Billing.
2. Click Cancel subscription. This will cancel any further billing and downgrade your account to the Basic plan. All the features will still be available until the end of your billing period.
3. You can also delete the locations you've added. By doing so, you'll deactivate your QR codes and stop receiving feedback from your clients.
