Each chat with a customer contains Client info. Here you can find:
You can assign a manager to each customer.
The location and placement where your customer scanned a QR code
Name and phone number that they put in a form after leaving their feedbackNotes, i.e. problem/solution, so there's no need to read the chat from the very beginning
If the client's problem is solved, you can archive the chat. Just click Archive chat, and the dialogue will be moved to the Archive tab.
If the message you received is a spam one, click Report as spam and it will be moved to the related tab.
